Using the forum. By registering on this forum, you agree to use it properly, and to refrain from posting any content that is aggressive, offensive, defamatory, hateful, or in violation of applicable laws and regulations. You agree not to post messages inciting or evoking illegal practices, or violating the terms of use of the service.
The moderators and administrators of this forum will do their best to delete or edit any reprehensible messages that may be posted on the forum. You acknowledge that all messages posted on this forum express the opinion of their respective authors, and do not necessarily reflect the position of the moderators and administrators.
In order to ensure the moderation of this forum, any message violating the preceding provisions may be edited or deleted without notice by the moderators and administrators of the forum. Any abuse may also be sanctioned by banning or deleting the user account. We reserve the right to inform your access provider and/or the judicial authorities of any malicious behaviour.
Your personal data. By registering on this forum, you agree that it may collect some of your personal data. The following are the official The Feared Clan rules. It is very important that new members and existing members read through the whole thing.
Activity on Forums:
Don't only use the clan chat. We don't expect 40 posts a day, but be sure to post a least a few times a week.
Age Limit:
To join The Feared clan you must be at least 13 years old. If you aren't this old, show us that you can act mature and we might make exceptions.
Maturity on Chat and Forums:
The Feared Clan is looking for members who act mature. We don't want our clan to have a bad reputation. Avoid spamming, flaming, and talking like a little kid.
Inactive Because of School:
If you are going to be inactive because of school for a long period of time, let us know so we don't delete you from the site. It is important that our forums are active, but we understand that school can be a pain.
Proper Grammar/Spelling:
When making posts on the forum, be sure to type in proper grammar and spelling. I'm not talking about turning each post into an essay, but avoid using 'u' in place of 'you' and other things like that. Take the extra few seconds - it helps make others have respect for our clan.
Moderators on Chat:
The admins will decide who is mod and who isn't. To see if you have been chosen for mod, look on the members list post. Those who ask to be mod will get a warning, and if it continues will be set to guest. If you want to be mod, show us that you are mature and can handle it instead of asking. Mods who abuse powers will be warned, and if it continues will be set to member. They may or may not got their moderator privileges back.
Other Clan Rules:
- Be sure to always have a clan tag on your DS.
- You can be in only one clan at a time.
- Before trying out for The Feared, register on this site and post a recruitment topic.
- No glitching or hacking. If we catch you, you will be kicked out, and I will make your life a living hell.
- If you visit theicecave chat, be mature. If I catch you being immature, there will be major consequences.
- No spamming the forums or flaming other members.
- Swears are okay in posts, but don't be stupid and post them just to be offensive.
- If you repeatedly type in improper English on the forum, you could be banned or kicked out of the clan.
- Make posts that count. Don't post single words or small sentences like 'Okay.'
- Don't post for extra stars.
- No porn images or links on the site. If you do, you will be banned and I'll email your post to your girlfriend.
- Avoid pictures of dead bodies and really bloody content.
- Don't flame other members. We can tell if it's a joke or not. If you must flame, feel free to flame me.
- Avoid posting on ancient topics.
- Avoid posting illegal content on the site. Keep it to Private Messages.
Joining The Feared Clan:
Now that you have read the rules above, here's how to join.
1. Register on the forums without the TF tag in your name. For example, I would register as 'Monsta'.
2. Post a recruitment topic in the Recruitment section. It should include the following. Copy and paste this into the topic.

Wait for an admin to approve your topic, then go onto the chat for your tests.
3. You need 3 tests to join The Feared Clan.
The first test will be by any tester. If you pass, good job. Go onto the second test. The second test is by a different tester. If you pass this, go to the final test.
The final test will be by the final testers (found in the members list). When you pass this, you are in The Feared Clan.
4. Set your chat name to '{TF}Your Name' or 'TF°Your Name'. Also do that on your DS. You will be added to The Feared Clan members list. Good job!
If you fail during any of the tests, we have a program to train you to play like the pros.
Posting Test Results:
Post test results in this format. Copy an paste it into a post. If you don't post test results, the test didn't count. In this post, XXX is the person being tested.

Of course, the topic above is crazy. That'd never happen.
Test them on 2-4 Deathmatches. Take note of their skills and the score. They must have a good score to pass.
That's about it. I want to thank HaZarD for writing a lot of the rules. I typed this on my phone, so sorry if there are typos. I might add more later, but be sure to read and follow these.
