How to Make a Good Montage

Many people playing mwm are making montages and well they are not the best. Here's how I think a good montage should come out

1.Take Your Time- Don't rush through to make a montage and don't put a deadline in your head. Take all the time you need to look over it and see what could be better.

2.Add Effects- What makes a montage a montage are the cool and wierd effects you put into it. Make the effects unexpecting and interesting to look at. Make sure the effects don't interrupt the video too much, you want the audience to enjoy the footage you took.

3.Make It Random- I saw some peoples montages and its easy to see that the person for example, put like 5 clips from the same match. Mix up all your footage into a completely random order.

4.Do Something Cool- Look over your footage to see if there is any boring stuff in it. For example, I was watching a mw2 montage and most of the vid just had a bunch of walking. You didn't click this vid to see a boring montage did you? Do something cool like the 360 grenade throws(harder than it looks)

5.Fast Paced- Make the footage move from one clip to another. A montage is supposed to have alot of different clips from different places put together. People don't want to see clips longer than 5 seconds

6. Have Lots of Footage- You need plenty of footage so that way you have plenty of stuff to work with. Don't record like 5 or 6 matches and say thats enough. Put like 10 or even 20 matches and select good short clips to use.

Cool I can't wait. I'm working on Our Montage. I was thinking we should open up a youtube account for the clan TF. Like Account name is TFxProductions. And Only people who can have password is Leader and Owner.

Possibly. A YouTube group would work too. I'm sure after my MW2 montage we'll get lots of new members, but I'll need help getting views for it. It'll be done probably this weekend.

I'm thinking a way to advertize it. Want me to upload it to my account but i say all the credits and video is by you.
